Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you total command over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your mailboxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailboxes against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming emails according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just choose the email mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
