Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you total command over your email accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward emails from one mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your mail accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply specify the mail account you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
